As you are aware the economy has impacted us all causing people to rent more vs. purchase etc. The reason for our note is to, 1. Update our records and 2. 1 Will you accept a pet?
A lot of our guests are bringing their pets as opposed to boarding them. $10 per pet per night or $250 deposit per pet on Extended Reservations

* Please note on all Extended Reservations we charge a $250 deposit per pet and require a carpet cleaning after they vacate. We also do walk-throughs on the homes.
2. Regarding Extended Stay Reservations. Would you like Vacation Rentals to contact you for approval?
NOTE: homeowners who do not require approval will take precedence.
3. When would you like Extended Reservations?
(Stays of 30 days or more)
This is a great opportunity to market to different clientle as well as pick up some renters when there is a lull in business.
4. Will you take discounted rates? Ie. Lake house taking VIP Rate, Deluxe taking Custom, etc.
If you agree to the discounted rates, please understand this will be a last-resort effort. We will not offer these rates just because.
