Whatever your reason for staying, we can accommodate long-term visits anywhere from one month to one year. All of our furnished, monthly rentals are all-inclusive, including all utilities, extended cable and high-speed internet. And just like our nightly guests, our long-term customers will be given a Vacation Rentals Guest Card, granting them temporary POA-member privileges to all Bella Vista, Holiday Island and Hot Springs Village private golf courses, tennis courts, fitness centers and swimming pools. Maid lso available upon request.

Vacation Rentals has been taking great care of corporate guests for more than 20 years, offering them two and three-bedroom homes and townhomes appointed with all the comforts of home. All homes include a washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, linens, furniture and decorations. Our personalized lodging concept is ideal for relocating and visiting employees, families and guests.

Background and credit checks are required for all long-term applicants, and a refundable security deposit is required before move-in.

Walmart Corporate

Vacation Rentals is a major supplier of corporate lodging to Walmart in the Bentonville/Bella Vista area and is home to hundreds of Walmart associates each year, whether they are attending classes at the Walmart Training Center or visiting the Corporate Office or vendor community. We offer several types of accommodation programs to meet the needs of Walmart, its associates and vendors.
